Destiny 2 - Ghosts of the Deep

Season of the Deep is live in Bungie’s Destiny 2, following the tried and true formula of a new Ritual Activity, a new Season Pass and cosmetics (like the PlayStation franchise crossover armor). However, for those who own Lightfall and the Annual Pass, a new Dungeon is available today.

In the latest “This Week at Bungie,” the developer confirmed that the Dungeon, Ghosts of the Deep, would be available at 10 AM PST. You must have the Lightfall Dungeon Key that comes with the bundle (and is available separately). Then go to Hawthorne in The Tower to pick up the quest.

A new trailer is available and reveals some of the horrors (and Hive) that players can expect. There should be new weapons, a new Legendary armor set, and a potential new Exotic, so stay tuned for more details. The Lightfall Dungeon Key grants access to a second Dungeon, releasing later in Year 6.

Destiny 2 is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out our review of Lightfall here.
